Installing and configuring software to use your PDC
1. Verify that you have an operating system and internet browser that supports the use of your eToken and Personal Digital Certificate.
* Mac OS 10.6 Snow Leopard will work with the eToken software, once the eToken software has been uninstalled – using the uninstall app in the Applications\eToken folder – the Mac rebooted and the eToken software reinstalled. Firefox must be updated to the latest version to work properly.
NOTE: Safari may be used to authenticate using client SSL, however Safari cannot be used to sign a Virginia Tech leave report.
2. Choose your Operating System (OS): Windows 2000/XP/Vista
