How do I get my eToken password reset?
The password you created for your eToken controls access to your personal digital certificate which uniquely identifies you. You should never share your eToken password with anyone. To help protect your personal digital certificate against unauthorized or malicious use, your eToken will automatically become blocked when 10 unsuccessful consecutive attempts have been made to login to the eToken. A blocked eToken prevents any further attempts to login to the eToken and renders the eToken temporarily unusable until it has been reset.
In order to get your eToken reset, you must take your eToken to the Student Telecommunications Office located at 120 Student Services building on the Blacksburg campus and have a new eToken password created.
|Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday||2:00-4:30 PM||120 Student Services Building, Student Telecommunications Office||Open enrollment for IT personnel and password resets.|
